How do I re-scan EE TV Freeview channels?

Having problems with digital TV or radio channels on your EE TV box? It may help to re-scan for channels.

 

Check your TV aerial is connected to the socket labelled IN on the back of your EE TV box – for more help, see our set-up guide

Re-scan your channels

Re-scan your channels

  1.  

    press MENU on your EE TV remote

  2.  

    go to TOOLS & HELP > SETTINGS and press OK

  3.  

    go to TV SIGNAL & QUALITY and press OK to select Re-scan

  4.  

    press OK to CONTINUE

  5.  

    Your EE TV will find all available TV channels

  6.  

    press OK to CONTINUE

  7.  

    to watch your new channels or check if you've fixed your problem, press MENU 

  8.  

    if you use Replay, we recommend you check it's still turned on
