Depending on whether you're a new or existing customer, delivery times for EE TV can vary.
You may already have EE Broadband and want to upgrade to Fibre Broadband or have Fibre Broadband and just want to be sent an EE TV box. If you're a new customer, we need to get you set up with EE Broadband first. Whatever your circumstances, this article will clear up how long the process should take.
If you're a new or existing mobile customer
It can take up to 10 working days to have your new line enabled. Your router will be sent out to you during this period. Your Welcome pack will be sent out to you and that should answer all of your questions.
An EE TV box will arrive three working days after your broadband is activated. We'll send you a text to let you know when your broadband is active and we'll send you an email to let you know when the EE TV box is on its way.
If you're an existing EE Broadband customer
You'll receive the EE TV box within three working days of your order being processed, that should answer all your questions. You'll be sent an email when the box is despatched, so you'll know when it's due to arrive.
If you're an existing EE Broadband customer upgrading to Fibre Broadband
We'll send your Bright Box 2 router and your EE TV box to you soon. Please note these are sent separately. Your Bright Box router will arrive first and once your EE Broadband has been activated your EE TV box will follow. This can take up to five working days.
If you've chosen Fibre Broadband, it can take up to 15 working days to change over from your current plan to your new one. You'll be sent an email when each item is despatched, so you'll know when they're due to arrive.
If you're an existing customer and want to upgrade your Fibre Broadband from 38Mb/sec to 76Mb/sec
Your Fibre Broadband can be updated within 24 hours and the EE TV box will be with you up to five working days after that. You'll be sent an email when it's despatched, so you'll know when it's due to arrive.
