iPhone 3GS - Set an alarm

The phone has an alarm you can set to wake you up, or as a reminder.

Follow these instructions to set an alarm on your Apple iPhone 3GS.

  1. Find Alarm
    Press Clock
    Press Alarm

  2. Add alarm
    Press the new alarm icon in the top right corner of the display

  3. Choose option
    Choose one of the following options:
    Select settings for a recurring alarm, go to a
    Select alarm tone, go to b
    Activate or deactivate snooze, go to c
    Enter alarm name, go to d

    a) Select settings for a recurring alarm
    Press Repeat
    Press the week day(s) you want to set the alarm for
    When a day is ticked (V), the day is selected
    Press Back

    b) Select alarm tone
    Press Sound
    Press None or the required alarm tone
    Press Back

    c) Activate or deactivate snooze
    Press the box next to Snooze
    When ON is displayed, snooze is activated

    d) Enter alarm name
    Press Label
    Press the delete icon to clear the input field
    Key in the required name
    Press Back

  4. Select time
    Press the required alarm time at the bottom of the display
    Press Save

  5. Exit
    Press the Home key to return to standby mode
