We'll send you a data usage alert by text message when you’ve used 80% of your data allowance and also when you’ve used all of your data add-on.

If you're topping up or buying data for the first time, call 0800 956 6261 from any phone. Call charges may apply from non-EE phones.
Please note: This number can only be used for queries regarding top up.
Remember when calling you’ll need the number starting with 07 that you’ll find on the back of your SIM pack. Alternatively you can find it by pairing your camera to the app and going to your account via settings and data management.
Topping up using the 4GEE Action Cam app
Any time after that, you can top up using the 4GEE Action Cam app (this is compatible with your 4GEE Capture Cam). Just follow these steps:
- Connect your phone to the 4GEE Capture Cam WiFi*.
- On your phone open the 4GEE Action Cam app.
- Select settings and then your account.
- Select data management.
- Select the top up button.
- Follow the steps on screen to top up.
