If you have problems sending and receiving email messages, you can delete the email profile and then create it again.
If you're a T-Mobile customer, follow these instructions to delete an email profile. If you're an Orange customer, your settings are at the end of this article.
- Find Settings
Press the Menu key
Scroll to Email and press the Navigation key
Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key
- Delete email profile
Highlight the required email profile and press Options
Scroll to Remove mailbox and press the Navigation key
Press the Navigation key to confirm
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode
FOR ORANGE CUSTOMERS
- Remove an email account
Highlight the required email account
Select Remove mailbox
