For laptops:

• You should be able to find your laptop’s model number by selecting Settings, and then selecting About
• You may also be able to find your model number on a sticker on the back of your product, on the packaging it came in, or in the user manual

For anything else:

• The model number is often on a sticker or printed directly on the front, back, or bottom of your product​
• If you can’t find the model number on your device, check the packaging or user manual​
• You may be able to find the model number in your product's settings or in the Bluetooth settings of a linked product​
