Update the firmware
| 1. | Make sure the AirPods you want to update are within range of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac and that the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network. |
| 2. | Place the AirPods into the case. |
| 3. | Close the case lid.  |
| 4. | Plug the charging cable into the charging port on the case.  |
| 5. | Plug the other end of the charging cable into the mains. |
| 6. | Make sure the case lid is closed for 30 minutes to allow the firmware to update. |
| 7. | Open the case lid. |
| 8. | Connect the AirPods to your desired iPhone, iPad or Mac. |
| 9. | Check the firmware version has been updated to the latest on your desired iPhone, iPad or Mac.  |
