What is ‘Good as new'?
Good as new devices are ones that have been returned to us within the standard 14-day cooling off period. This is usually because customers have bought online or through our call centres and then changed their mind.
What condition will my phone be in?
Good as new phones have been used so little they’re practically brand new. And, unlike refurbished devices, they’ve never been in for a repair for a known fault.
That means your phone will be:
- free of scratches and marks
- subject to our rigorous cosmetic and functional control test
- sent in original packaging including charger.
14-day return policy
You’ll get the same 14-day cooling off period that we offer for new devices in case you change your mind.
Free repairs or replacement
Our Extended Warranty covers you against any manufacturer faults for the lifetime of your plan, until you upgrade or leave - that's longer than any standard manufacturer warranty.
