Being responsible

Building a responsible business

Better Britain

Our responsibility approach, which we call ‘Better Britain’ is built on the back of our success in building a new digital infrastructure for the country. It supports individuals and communities in two ways. Firstly, by working to improve people’s digital skills and ensure they are able to benefit from the endless benefits that being connected brings; and secondly by using our scale as one of the country’s biggest and most successful companies to boost youth employment. Around all of this is the way we operate as a company – with our suppliers, the industry and our customers – to build trust.

Disability awareness

As part of our commitment to being #1 for service, we have a responsibility to ensure all our customers have the best possible experience.

We're showing the UK how inclusive we are in our retail stores by registering each store with Euan's Guide - a disabled access review website and app that aims to 'remove the fear of the unknown' and inspire people to try new places.

Our vision is to deliver the best network and the best service so our customers trust us with their digital lives.
