When you register with us as vulnerable or disabled, you can get help with priority fault repairs, free directory enquiries, British Sign Language communication, Next Generation Text Relay and more.
The temporary unlimited calls, texts and data offer for our vulnerable customers is for those who had already registered with us as vulnerable or disabled before midnight 24th March 2020. We’ll monitor this and will review whether we can expand the offer to customers who register as vulnerable after this time, and we’ll continue to look at other ways that we may be able to help our vulnerable customers at this difficult time.
