The Company today announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 March to align with that of its parent company, BT Group plc.
EE Limited, the guarantor of EE Finance plc’s £3000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, has also changed its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 March.
