Each year, EE publishes its gender pay gap as part of BT’s overall Gender Pay Gap report. Each business within BT Group has different factors affecting the composition of its workforce, however, our gender pay gap reporting is coordinated across the entire organisation.

The report outlines the reasons for the Group’s median gender pay gap of 5%, highlights some of the gender inclusion initiatives that are taking place and our plans to broaden our approach and quicken the pace for gender equality.
