EE today announces the acquisition of EE by BT has completed. Olaf Swantee, Neal Milsom, Gervais Pellissier, Thomas Dannenfeldt, Arnaud Castille and Thorsten Langheim have resigned as directors.
Marc Allera, formerly EE’s Chief Commercial Officer, is appointed CEO, and director to the board of EE.
Stephen Harris, Steve Best, Jeff Langlands, Gareth Tipton and Howard Watson have also been appointed as directors of EE.
Olaf Swantee and Neal Milsom have also resigned as directors of EE Finance Plc, and have been replaced by Marc Allera, Stephen Harris and Craig Machell.
Note: EE is guarantor of EE Finance Plc’s £3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
