What are refurbished phones?
Refurbished phones are pre-owned, restored and rigorously tested to make sure they work perfectly. They come with a 12 month warranty from EE.
📱 What condition will my phone be in?
All our refurbished phones are in excellent condition. There might be some minor scratches, but nothing too obvious. Your phone will be:
• wiped of the last owner's data
• powered by all the battery you need — at least 80% of its original life
📦 What's in the box?
Your phone will be sent to you in recyclable packaging (not in its original box) with a user guide, new charging cable and SIM pin.

You'll have 14 days to return your refurbished phone if you're not totally happy with it
