Our Good as new devices have been returned to us within the standard 14-day cooling-off period, usually because someone simply changed their mind. They’ve been used so little they’re practically brand new and have never been sent in for repair.

Every device goes through our rigorous quality checks, covering both cosmetic and functional testing. We also make sure each one is fully cleansed, data-wiped and restored to factory settings before it reaches you.

The device inside the box will be in excellent condition, showing little to no signs of use, though some may have the faintest marks or fine scratches. The outer box may show minor wear or small rips, but your device inside will look and perform like new.

They have been used so little they’re practically brand new and have never been in for a repair for a known fault. All devices are subject to our rigorous cosmetic and functional tests. We ensure devices are properly cleansed, data wiped and restored back to factory settings. The items inside the box are in excellent condition, showing minimal signs of wear which includes, but not limited to, small/fine scratches and marks. Your device will come with a minimum of 12 months warranty or the remainder of the original manufacturer’s warranty.

It means the device is unlocked and ready to use on any network. These days, devices aren’t locked to networks - so you can choose the device you want and pay the way that suits you. Pay by card, PayPal or spread the cost with EE Finance over 3-48 months. Terms apply.
