Heart-rate monitoring for workouts
You want real-time data about your workout performance, so we built Powerbeats Pro 2 with accurate heart-rate monitoring sensors.³ Precision-crafted LED optical sensors pulse light over 100 times per second to measure your blood flow. All this can be relayed to your favourite fitness apps in real time and, of course, you can turn heart-rate monitoring off whenever you want.

Testing consisted of full Powerbeats Pro 2 battery discharge while playing audio until the first Powerbeats Pro 2 earbud stopped playback. With ANC turned on, total battery life is 8 hours of continuous playback from the earbuds and 36 hours in total with the case. Battery life depends on device settings, environment, usage, and many other factors.
