Good as new devices

Our Good as new devices have been returned to us within the standard 14-day cooling-off period, usually because someone simply changed their mind. They’ve been used so little they’re practically brand new, and have never been sent in for repair.

Every device goes through our rigorous quality checks, covering both cosmetic and functional testing. We also make sure each one is fully cleansed, data-wiped, and restored to factory settings before it reaches you.

The device inside the box will be in excellent condition, showing little to no signs of use, though some may have the faintest marks or fine scratches. The outer box may show minor wear or small rips, but your device inside will look and perform like new.

What's included

• The remainder of the original manufacturer’s warranty, or a minimum of 12 months’ warranty
• A 14-day cooling-off period for extra peace of mind
• We aim to include all original accessories that came with the device, but please note this can’t always be guaranteed.
