Log in with your EE ID to track all your recent orders. Your EE ID is usually your email address.
If you are a new EE customer, you will need to activate your My EE Account first. Check your email for instructions on how to activate it.
Or, you can enter your order reference number and postcode. (You can find your order reference number on your confirmation email or letter).
It can take a short while for your order to register in our systems so if your reference number is not recognised, try again later.
