  • Am I eligible?

    If you are a new or upgrading customer, you can add up to three smart home products to your new 24-month Pay Monthly phone plan when completing your purchase online.

    If you are an existing customer with a 24-month Pay Monthly phone plan and within the first 17 months of your contract, you are also eligible to add up to three smart home products to your account. However, if you are in the last 7 months of your 24-month Pay Monthly phone plan, unfortunately you cannot add any products to your account.

    If you have any plan other than a 24-month Pay Monthly phone plan, for example a SIM Only plan, unfortunately you are not eligible to add a smart home product to your plan.

    If you chose to leave EE early, you will be responsible for payment of the remaining balance for your Add To Plan product, in addition to any early termination charge for your standard contract.  

    Please note: not all Add To Plan products are available with all phones and plans, and the number of products you are able to add to your account depends on your credit rating with us.
