Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Individuals over the age of 18, lawfully residing in the United Kingdom only and who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand or ex-display) TCL NXTPAPER smartphone with SKU listed in Table 1 below (“Qualifying Product”) from EE (a “Participating Retailer”) within the Promotional Period (as defined below) will be eligible to claim a free NXTPAPER Tablet 11, worth £189 (“Reward”), subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, business purchasers are excluded from this Promotion.
2. Purchases to be eligible for the Promotion must be made between 00:01 (GMT) on the 18th October 2024 and 23:59 (BST) on the 15th November 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

3. After purchasing a Qualifying Product in accordance with these Promotion Terms, eligible Participants must visit https://tclpromotions.com/tcl50nxtpaperoffer3 and complete the presented form with the requested details, including valid proof of purchase of the Qualifying Product purchased and their address ("Claim”).
4. Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim per individual and two (2) Claims per household. Purchases of Qualifying Products must be from the Participating Retailer only (which for the avoidance of doubt does not include Amazon Marketplace or any other third-party marketplace).
5. Claims must be submitted within 14 to 45 days from the date of delivery or purchase (as the case may be) of the Qualifying Product (“Claim Period”), with the date of purchase as stated on the applicable proof of purchase being considered day one (1). Therefore, the last day to submit a Claim for a Qualifying Product purchased at the end of the Promotional Period on the 15th of November 2024 is 30th of December 2024. Claims submitted or received outside of the Claim Period shall be considered invalid and not eligible for Reward.
6. Participants will be sent an email to confirm that their Claim has been received and confirming that it has been successful (“Claim Validation”). Where the Participant has not a received Claim Validation notice within seven (7) days of submitting their Claim, it is their responsibility to contact the Administrator via the contact details given at Condition 15 below. Failure to do so within this time shall result in the Claim being marked as invalid and ineligible for Reward.
7. If a Claim is deemed to have not been submitted correctly the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the missing information (which may include a photo of the relevant IMEI and/or serial number of the Qualifying Product) to validate their Claim within seven (7) days. If no response is received, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
8. Presuming that the Claim has been submitted in accordance with these Promotion Terms, the company which administers the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter (“Administrator”) will endeavour to ship the Participant their Reward to the address nominated in their Claim form within sixty (60) days of Claim Validation.
9. Rewards have no cash value, nor can they be exchanged for alternatives. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward.
10. Claims that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
11. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
12. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant. This process may involve the Promoter sharing information with third parties.
13. Where the Participant returns the Qualifying Product, they shall be deemed ineligible to make a Claim in relation to this purchase. Where the Participant has already made a Claim, they must inform the Administrator at the contact details listed in Condition 15.
14. Claims must only be submitted by the Participant. In no circumstances will Claims submitted by any third-party (including resellers and/or the Participating Retailer) on behalf of the Participant be accepted. Any such Claims will be rejected, and the Participant shall not be permitted to submit any further Claims.

16. References to the Promoter shall mean: TCT Mobile Europe, Le Capitole Parc de Fontaines, 55 Avenues des Champs Pierreux, Nanterre 92000, France.
