Before signing in for the first time, you'll need to activate your discovery+ account. Start by visiting our discovery+ page and selecting the ‘Activate discovery+ now’ button.   Use the link provided by BT or EE and sign in to your BT or EE account. If you're new to discovery+, complete the account form and select "Continue."

If you already have a discovery+ account, simply select "Sign In" at the upper right and use your existing details. Finally, open the discovery+ app on any supported device, or go to discoveryplus.com, and sign in with your account email and password.

To sign in to discovery+ on EE TV, go to the discovery+ app. Open the app and choose "Sign In." Stay on the screen displaying the 6-digit code, then either scan the QR code with your phone's camera or go to discoveryplus.com/link on your phone or computer. Sign in to your discovery+ account, enter the 6-digit code from your TV, and choose "Activate." Once done, return to your TV, and you're ready to stream discovery+, Eurosport, and all of TNT Sports!

discovery+ is included with all our EE TV packages, discovery+ Basic is included with Entertainment and Big Entertainment and discovery+ Premium (inc. TNT Sports) is included with Sport, Big Sport and Full Works.

If your EE TV package only incudes discovery+ Basic, we also offer TNT Sports as an extra.

If you don’t have an EE TV package, you can buy discovery+ Premium (inc. TNT Sports and Eurosport) on a monthly rolling contract for £30.99 a month, or £20 a month for existing broadband customers.

If you're having trouble streaming discovery+, try the following: check for updates to both the discovery+ app and your TV software, ensure your internet connection is stable and reset your router if needed, and restart the app by quitting and reopening it. If the issue persists, sign out, unplug your TV for 20 seconds, and then sign in again. You may need to try more than one solution to resolve the issue.
