Frequently asked questions

Yes, you can. EE TV boasts a bigger and better channel selection than before thanks to our partnership with NOW. Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Sky Atlantic, Sky Max and Sky Comedy are just some of the channels included in our EE broadband and TV packages.

EE TV doesn't require an aerial to work. You can enjoy streaming content via your EE TV box, where you can record and pause your favourite shows. The NOW app is also available on smart TVs, smartphones, tablets and gaming consoles.

If the NOW content you want isn’t included with your current EE TV package, don’t worry - our packages are flexible, allowing you to switch to a different package at any time during your contract. Alternatively, you have the option to add extra NOW content to your existing package with a NOW Extra.

You’ll see the available extras via your My EE account management screen or when you’re in the process of buying EE TV.

NOW content is available as part of our EE TV packages. If you would like additional NOW content you can buy an EE extra. Further information can be found via your My EE account management screen.
