On 31 March each year our monthly prices will increase by £3 for broadband, £2 for TV and £1.50 for mobile SIM, Airtime and Connected Devices. Out of bundle charges will increase by 5%. See ee.co/uk/prices-explained for details. All prices shown are in contract prices. The cost of other services you take from us may increase or decrease while you are an EE customer.
Handset plans: 36 month credit agreement. Flex Pay is a consumer credit product to finance your device: if you do not keep up to date with payments, your credit file and future borrowing may be impacted. Only take out credit if you believe it is affordable for you to do so. Credit is subject to a credit check, your status and assessment. You’ll need an EE mobile airtime plan. EE Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the provision of consumer credit.
SIM/Airtime Plans: Subject to terms and credit check. Monthly charges assume online billing. You will not get 5G speeds using a 4G phone. Allowances for use in UK (excluding Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man) and Republic of Ireland. A daily charge applies to use allowances in the EU/EEA unless you have an add-on or Inclusive Extra that includes EU Roaming. Unlimited Data Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.
Mobile plans for broadband customers: New and re-contracting EE broadband customers can add unlimited data mobile SIMs from just £10 a month (for SIMS with capped speeds of 10Mbps). Savings based on the cost of identical EE SIM plans to non-EE broadband customers. Existing EE mobile customers will also be boosted to unlimited data on all pay monthly SIM plans on your account charged at over £10 a month. You will be able to switch to the unlimited data mobile SIMs from just £10 a month on your current plans when they become eligible for upgrade. Not compatible with any other discount, including Multi-line discount. If you cancel your EE broadband plan, all EE Mobile benefits will be removed.
Inclusive Extras: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on an All Rounder Plan or Full Works Plan (excluding Full Works for iPhone). Once you’ve chosen, you can change your Inclusive Extra thereafter every 30 days. Choose your Inclusive Extra at purchase, via EE or by texting 150, for more details go to ee.co.uk/passes. We may at any time change the range of Inclusive Extras available, the content of Inclusive Extras or the minimum length of time each must be active for. Each Inclusive Extra may take up to 24 hours to activate. Content Inclusive Extras are provided by third parties and the content available may change from time to time. Third party subscriptions may be required.
Netflix: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Offer subject to change. Inclusive Extra provides access to Netflix Basic membership. Existing Netflix customers who pay Netflix directly for their subscription must link their account to their EE plan. You will continue to be charged separately by Netflix for your existing Netflix account until you link that account to your EE plan. If you end your EE plan, Netflix will resume billing via your previous payment method. If your Netflix subscription is part of an inclusive bundle with a third party, you may continue to be charged via that third party. Upgrades to Netflix Standard plans and Netflix Premium plans available as an add-on when you take the Inclusive Extra. You can cancel the add-on at any time. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate: Data used will be deducted from you plan allowance. Microsoft Account required. Console or Windows 10 PC required to use Xbox Live and Game Pass. Microsoft 365 Personal: Inclusive Extra provides a subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal. Existing Microsoft 365 Personal subscription will be ceased upon activation of the Inclusive Extra and any remaining period of the existing subscription will be suspended until after cancellation of the Inclusive Extra. If you remove this Inclusive Extra Microsoft will confirm directly when access to the service will cease (taking into account any period suspended from the previous subscription). Your Microsoft account will be disabled for 90 days before being deleted. Once deleted any stored data will be unrecoverable. To reactivate your subscription you will need to contact Microsoft. TNT Sports on discovery+: Devices must use at least Android 5, Windows 10 or iOS 15 operating systems. TV licence for the household registered to your EE account required (including app use only). TNT Sports on discovery+ is for your personal, non-commercial use in the UK. You must not attempt to share, edit or adapt the content made available to you. It's your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content available via the app may change from time to time. When you download and use the discovery+ app, you will use data that will be deducted from your price plan's inclusive allowance. Entertainment Data Pass: Available as an Inclusive Extra on All Rounder plans with a limited data allowance only. Data used whilst streaming and downloading video content on Netflix, MTV Play, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, TV Player, TNT Sports on discovery+, BritBox, YouTube Kids, BBC iPlayer Kids and Twisted Mirror, and whilst streaming and downloading music content Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, BBC Sounds, Primephonic and Global Player will not be deducted from your plan’s inclusive data allowance. All other data used when you use the apps listed will be deducted from your plan’s data allowance. You must have some of your plan’s data allowance left else you will be unable to stream content on apps listed via your EE plan. The EE Entertainment Data Pass is for your personal, non-commercial use. It’s your responsibility to ensure that content accessed by under 18s is suitable for those viewing it. Content via the EE Entertainment Data Pass may change from time to time. For more details go to ee.co.uk/entertainment.
Roam Abroad Pass: Available to Pay Monthly handset, selected SIM and tablet customers on an All Rounder or Full Works Plan. Included as standard with Full Works for iPhone plans. Access your standard plan allowances in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand plus the EU/EEA (see ee.co.uk/terms for full list of destinations) in addition to the UK. Remember, data fair use policy outside UK of 50GB applies. See ee.co.uk/terms for countries and details. Allowances last until next bill or until used up, whichever comes first. Allowances don’t roll over. Our stable links policy applies, as set out in the Plan Terms. Once you have used up the allowance, or hit your 50GB fair use amount, standard rates apply as set out in the Non-Standard Price Guide.
Data Gifting: Account holder only can gift between pay monthly plans on the same account in increments of 500MB. Unlimited data plans can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. No gifting to/from Smart Watches, 4G Home, 5G Home or 30-day 4G WiFi or 5G WiFi plans. Data not used in a month does not roll over, allowances are set back to zero at the start of each month. If you are outside your price plans standard countries when your monthly allowances refresh on your bill date the main account holder will not be able to gift data until you return to the UK/EU. Data can only be used in accordance with the plan terms applicable to the receiving line.

Stay Connected Data: If you have a capped data allowance (i.e. not an unlimited data plan) once you have used up your monthly data allowance your speed will be capped at 0.5Mbps. You will regain access to our fastest speeds upon (1) renewal of your monthly plan allowance, (2) by buying one of our data add-ons, or (3) If you are gifted data by someone else in your family account. Once the data add-on or gifted data runs out, you will return to the capped speed until your monthly plan allowance has renewed. Not available with No Frills plans.
Upgrade Anytime: You can upgrade anytime so long as you have had your plan for at least 15 days and are up to date with all your payments. You’ll have to pass a credit check and your new plan must be of the same or higher value. You may have to pay an early upgrade fee and we’ll tell you this before you upgrade. Your old device must be returned in full working order, be able to power up, with any security features such as Find My iPhone disabled, otherwise damaged/missing device charge may apply, see ee.co.uk/upgrade anytime for charges. Your device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up before sending it to us.
Multi-Line Discount: 30% on SIM only, Data SIM and airtime plans taken with a Flex Pay Plan (Device Financing). 10% on Pay Monthly plans taken with a phone, tablet, laptop, or Mobile Broadband / Wi-Fi device with a minimum term of 12 months or more. You must have Pay Monthly plan as your qualifying plan on which you are paying full price. Discount applied to plan price only. Not compatible with any other discount. If you cancel your qualifying plan the discount will be removed, if you have more than one eligible plan the discount will be removed from the oldest plan on your account and become the qualifying plan.
Upgrade to phone: New SIM only customers and customers who have moved from a PAYG plan can upgrade to an Airtime plan with a Flex Pay device loan after 6 months. Flex Pay is a consumer credit product of up to 36 months to finance your device: if you do not keep up to date with payments, your credit file and future borrowing may be impacted. Only take out credit if you believe it is affordable for you to do so. Credit is subject to a credit check, your status and assessment. You’ll also need a 24 month EE mobile Airtime plan.
