Unlimited Plans: 50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited data plan will be deducted from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.

Trade in: Trade-in value dependent on condition. Available in EE retail stores or the EE website only. Full upfront cost of new handset payable when you buy online. You will receive a card payment or cheque within 7 days of receipt of the trade-in device when you trade-in online. Trade-in value can be used to cover the upfront cost of a new device or as a credit on your account. You cannot cancel your new plan if your device has not been accepted or a lower price has been offered for trade-in. Device cannot be returned so ensure all contacts and data have been backed up. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ownership. We will check the device has not been reported as lost or stolen. If you cancel your new plan or return your new device, you will not be able to retrieve your old phone and will only be offered, by way of refund, an amount equal to the upfront cost you would have paid for the new device on the plan you have taken out. Netflix Standard with adverts: Data used will be deducted from your plan allowance. Offer subject to change. Inclusive Extra provides access to Netflix Standard with adverts membership. Existing Netflix customers who pay Netflix directly for their subscription must link their account to their EE plan. You will continue to be charged separately by Netflix for your existing Netflix account until you link that account to your EE plan. If you end your EE plan, Netflix will resume billing via your previous payment method. If your Netflix subscription is part of an inclusive bundle with a third party, you may continue to be charged via that third party.
