If you've moved to an EE plan, your final T-Mobile bill also acts as your first EE bill and Your monthly plan charges will include your first month's EE plan charge.
If you're owed a refund, the total amount refunded will be shown in Your monthly plan charges.
Any usage (calls, texts, picture messages) not covered by your plan will be summarised here.
This section details any final charges owed, and credits or payments we've received. These include services such as add-ons and early upgrade fees.
The subtotal of all the charges on your bill without VAT added. The same figure appears on page 1 of your bill and will be included in your final total to pay.
A summary of the picture message made during your billing month that were not covered by your monthly plan. The picture messages are itemised further in your bill.
An itemised breakdown of calls made that were not covered by your monthly plan. These include calls to 084, 087, 070 and international numbers, directory enquiries and TV shows.
