It's very rare that a top up isn't applied immediately. If this happens it may be because there's a delay in our systems or the banking system. Don't worry, we'll process your payment as soon as we can, there's no need to make another card payment just yet.
If it hasn't updated within 24 hours, please call Customer Services on 450 from your Orange phone or 07973 100 450 from any other phone.
If you've topped up using a my top-up voucher, please return to your point of purchase or contact Orange Customer Services.
Checking remaining inclusive texts, minutes or multimedia messages
You can check how many remaining inclusive texts/minutes/multimedia messages you have from your top up reward by:
- Checking your account online
- Checking the My EE app
- Calling 453 from your mobile
- Calling 450 or 07973 100 450 from a landline (standard rates apply).
If you've topped up but haven't received your bonus rewards, please be aware it can take up to a 24 hours for rewards to go onto your account.
If it's been more than 24 hours and you haven't received a confirmation yet, then you'll need to call customer services to get this resolved. Please call 450 from your Orange Mobile or 07973 100 450 from a landline.
Note: If you've had a top up reward within the last month, your next bonus reward will be added one calendar month after you first received it.
