Viewing your Home Broadband bill online


You can view and print your monthly broadband bill online by logging in to My EE. If you use our Home Phone service, you'll also find details of all free and billed calls made on your service in the last six months.

Home Broadband bill

To view your bill online:

  1. Go to the My EE log in page
  2. Enter your Home Broadband username and password
  3. Click LOG IN - you'll be asked to enter a preferred email address and security question the first time you log in
  4. Select View bills
  5. From the View bills and recent calls menu, select the bill you wish to view, e.g. YOUR BILL TO DATE or the date of the bill you'd like to view
  6. Click CONTINUE - a summary of your bill will be displayed

Home phone usage summary

If you're a Home Phone or Second Line customer, you can also view a summary of the calls you've made. This includes the date, time, number called, place called (e.g. UK Landline), duration and cost of call.

To view your unbilled usage:

  1. Select View bills
  2. From the View bills and recent calls menu, check YOUR BILL TO DATE is selected
  3. Click CONTINUE - a summary of your usage will be displayed
  4. To view a list of the calls you've made, click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page 

Or for calls we've already billed you for:

  1. Select View bills
  2. From the View bills and recent calls menu, select the date of the bill you wish to view
  3. Click CONTINUE - a summary of your usage will be displayed
  4. To view a list of the calls you've made, click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page 

Print your bill

You can print all or part of your bill using the PRINT and PRINT ALL buttons at the bottom of the page.
