Pay your EE Broadband bill

You can pay your broadband bill by Direct Debit, phone or by making one-off payment in the EE app.

Pay by Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your EE Broadband bill. You’ll need to pay any money you owe before you can set one up.

Once set up, we’ll take your payment around 8 days after your bill. Check your bill for the exact due date.

To set up or change a Direct Debit:

  1. Have your bank account number and sort code to hand
  2. Log into EE online or open the EE app on your mobile
  3. Go to Manage, then Bills & Payments
  4. Scroll down the page and follow the link to set up a Direct Debit

Need to know

If your services have been suspended, you'll be reconnected up to 24 hours after paying your bill in full.

You may need to restart your router if you are not reconnected after 24 hours.

Make a one-off payment

It’s easy to make a one-off payment by credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

  1. Log into EE online or open the EE app on your mobile
  2. Go to Manage, then Bills & Payments
  3. Scroll down the page and follow the link to make a payment

By phone

Pay with a debit or credit card over the phone.

Call 150 from your EE phone if you have one, or 0330 123 1105 from another phone.
