Pay by Direct Debit

A Direct Debit for your device was set up for you. Every month the amount due will be taken directly from your bank account. You can easily change the date of your device Direct Debit payments. In EE:

    log in to EE

  2.  

    click Manage Direct Debit

  3.  

    select Change Direct Debit date

Online

You can make a payment online in EE.

Please note: you can only pay the agreed amount for the relevant month online. For extra payments please call us.

To pay your monthly charge, make over payments or to pay off your device in full:

We can sort out an upgrade over the phone. You'll need to:

    pay off any outstanding balance on your device before you can upgrade.
