Once you’re logged in, you can easily manage your broadband, TV and home phone account.
Your My EE Broadband login details are different to the ones you use if you’re a mobile customer. You can get help logging into your mobile account here >
Your username is shown on your monthly bill reminder that we send to you by email or text. We also sent it in an email when you signed up for broadband with EE. Check your junk mail if you can’t find it.
Your username should look something like yourname or surname123.
But if you signed up for Orange broadband it might look like:
If you previously used your Orange Email details to login to My EE Broadband, you can still use the same username and password to login.

But we will ask you for a preferred email address when you first log in. You’ll be able to use that as your username in future.
You’ll be able to change your preferred email address at any time.
