Refurbished devices are tested, reset and repackaged so they're in perfect working condition. You won’t be able to tell them apart from a new device.

What's in the box?

  • your refurbished device in perfect condition
  • we aim to include accessories such as a charger and a new set of earphones but can't guarantee you'll receive these with your device

You’ll get the full manufacturer’s warranty.

You’re also entitled to our 14-day return policy in case you change your mind.

About good as new devices

Good as new devices are one that have been returned to us within the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This is usually because customers have bought online or through our call centres and then changed their mind.

Device condition

Good as new devices have been used so little they're practically brand new. And, unlike refurbished devices, they've never been in for a repair for a known fault.

This means your device will be:

  • free of scratches and marks
  • subject to our rigorous cosmetic and functional control testing

14-day return policy

You'll get the same 14-day cooling-off period that we offer for new devices in case you change your mind. View our full retail returns policy.

Free repairs or replacement

Our Extended Warranty covers you against any manufacturer faults for the lifetime of your plan, until you upgrade or leave - that's longer than any standard manufacturer warranty. 

Extended Warranty is available to new and upgrading customers taking a Pay Monthly Phone, Tablet, Laptop or Watch Plan, purchased directly from EE. You must remain on an eligible Pay Monthly Plan. Your account must be up to date. Your Extended Warranty only covers the original device supplied to you by EE. If your device suffers from electrical or mechanical breakdown through normal use during the warranty period, we will repair it for free.
