If you're trading in online, using via recycle.ee.co.uk, and don't return your device within 14 days as agreed, we'll assume you've changed your mind and will cancel your order.

What happens if my device is lost or damaged in the post?

Although we pay for the postage via a prepaid envelope, it's your responsibility to ensure that your device is adequately protected in the envelope and insured against loss.
