You may find mobile broadband with 4GEE is so useful you run out of data before the end of the month.
Don't worry, we never let you run over your allowance. Instead we tell you when you're running out of data, and let you buy more once it's gone. So no nasty surprises on your bill. Ever.
Running out of data
You'll automatically receive a text alert when your allowance is running low - when there's 20% left. Then another text alert when you've run out.
Both alerts include a link for you to easily buy another pass - called a data add-on.
If you don't buy another add-on, you won't be able to use mobile broadband until your next bill, when your allowance is reset.
Buying more data
You have two options to add more data to your monthly allowance:
One-off data add-on
You can buy a one-off data add-on from the link you receive in your alert. The costs for data add-ons are:
- 500MB - £6
- 2GB - £15
Upgrading your plan
Upgrading your plan could be better value than an add-on and is a good option if you are always using up your allowance.
You can upgrade to a plan with a higher data allowance by visiting an EE store, or calling customer services on 150 from your EE phone, 07953 966 250 from any other phone or +447953 966 250 from abroad.
