Moving from BT Broadband to EE Broadband
When you move to EE, you’ll get a new EE Broadband account with a new bill and payment date.
Once your BT services have stopped running, we’ll issue your final BT bill with any remaining charges within 24 hours. We'll automatically refund you if you’re in credit. You’ll still be able to log in at MyBT to view your old BT bills for up to 12 months.
Will my bill look the same?
Your broadband bills will look different when you move from BT to EE, but you’ll still see all the information you need on your charges and payments. EE Broadband and EE Mobile have separate bills because they use different systems to give you the best speeds and network capability.
You can log in to the EE app or log in at ee.co.uk to view, download and print them at any time.
When will I get my refund?
Your final BT bill will be issued within 24 hours of your BT services stopping. If you’re in credit, we’ll refund you within 10 working days by Direct Debit or cheque. You can see your final BT bill when you log in to My BT at MyBT.
If you have any BT services remaining, the credit will remain on your account to pay your future bills. You can contact us to ask for any credit balance to be refunded if you’d prefer.
What is my Direct Debit date and how can I change it?
