The EE WiFi app lets you connect to public BT WiFi hotspots if they are included in your plan – so there's no need to remember numbers or passwords.

If you want to connect to EE WiFi from a phone without the app here's how to do it:
To get your username and password details text the word Open to 9526 for free and you'll receive a text with your unique login details.
If you're in range of a BT Openzone hotspot, connect to the hotspot using your device's WiFi connection and enter these details manually into btwifi.co.uk to log on.
The page will have a drop down menu where you can choose your service provider. Select T-Mobile UK or Orange UK and you'll be taken to the login pages.
Enter the WiFi username and password that was sent you by text message when you joined. You're ready to go.
You can get add-ons for your plan any time you need them.
We have a wide choice for you including:
- International minutes and texts
- Extra data to carry you to the end of the month just in case you run out.
Here's how to get more add-ons:
- Go to My Account from your mobile
- Scroll down and go to Get add-ons to manage your extras.

*Clone Phone Fully Loaded package from £6 a month for pay monthly customers with an EE, Orange or T‐Mobile plan. Available to all consumer and small business customers. Three month minimum term.
*Get 24 hour replacement if your claim is accepted before 7.30pm or same day replacement (delivered between 6pm and 10pm, specific slots not available) if your claim is accepted before 11am. Geographical restrictions apply on delivery of all replacements.
