Accessing voicemail

Access your voicemail from your EE phone: 

  • Press and hold 1
  • If you are calling from another phone, dial 07953 222222 
  • If you are in the UK or +447953 222222 from another country. 
  • You will need to know your voicemail PIN to listen to your messages from another phone.
  • If you want to set a PIN or a greeting, or change any other settings press * to take you to the main menu.

Setting up a pin

For your privacy and security we recommend setting a pin so you have control on who listens to your voicemail.

Visual voicemail

If you have an iPhone you can manage your voicemails onscreen. Read more about  Visual Voicemail.

Set a voicemail greeting

Let your friends and family know they have called the right number by setting a voicemail greeting. You can do this by going to the voicemail main menu and selecting option 2.

Going away? Record a temporary greeting and temporarily switch off voicemail messages 

If you don’t want people to leave you voicemail messages, you can set a temporary greeting to tell callers you aren’t accepting messages and stop messages being left.  

You can get to the voicemail main menu by pressing * when you are listening to your messages and press 2 to choose the temporary greetings option.

Missed call alerts

If your phone is switched off or doesn’t have coverage, we can send you a text to let you know who called. Switch these texts on or off, go to the voicemail settings and features menu and select option 1.

 

Accessing Answer Phone

To access your Answer Phone from your Orange phone: 

  • Press and hold 1.
  • If you are calling from another phone, dial 07973 100123
  • If you are in the UK or +447973 100123 from another country. 

You will need to know your Answer Phone PIN to listen to your messages from another phone.
