Did you know?

Picture messaging uses your data allowance but the cost per picture is always the same as larger files are compressed to 300KB or smaller.

To check if picture messaging is included in your plan:
  •

    log in to My EE

Buying add-ons
  •

    log in to My EE

  •

go to Buy add-ons and press the + next to Picture messages (T-Mobile customers – go to Review plans and services > Add services

  •

select your add-on (or T-Mobile booster) – we’ll add picture messaging to your plan within an hour and text you when it’s ready

Pay monthly plans

You'll pay for the add-on on your next bill and it’ll renew each month at the same time your monthly allowances are refreshed.

Pay as you go

You'll pay for your add-on immediately using your top-up credit and it'll renew each month on the same date you started. You’ll need to have enough credit on your account for the add-on to renew.

Setting up picture messaging on your phone

For most phones, you can update your phone settings automatically with our online set-up tool.

If you can’t send a picture message to someone’s phone, you can send it to their email address.

Choose your picture, but in the To field, put in their email address instead of their phone number.
