You can find all your EE TV settings in the TOOLS & HELP section of your menu.

    Use the arrows to go to TOOLS & HELP, then press OK

Network and connection

Shows which type of internet connection you're currently using.

You can also:

    change or set up a WiFi network

  •  

    connect via Ethernet

Advanced network settings – you'll only need these if you have an advanced home network which needs specific IP, DNS or proxy settings.

Shows how many TV channels and radio stations are available.

You can also:

    re-scan for more digital channels

  •  

    change your TV region

  •  

    view reception info

  •  

    do a manual scan

Replay

Replay

Change your Replay settings, including:

  •  

    REPLAY DURATION – set how long you can keep Replay programmes for. Or turn Replay off so you can record up to four programmes at once

  •  

    REPLAY GROUP – switch between HD (High Definition) or SD channels (Standard Definition). You can store more programmes on SD

  •  

    REPLAY CHANNELS – check and change your eight SD or six HD Replay channels. You can also filter the type of shows you want in Replay, like movies, drama or sport.

    see how many recordings you have and how many are scheduled

  •  

    add extra recording time to the start and end of your recordings (just to be on the safe side)

  •  

    cancel scheduled recordings 

  •  

    delete all recordings 

Multiscreen

From the multiscreen menu you can:

  •  

    turn on your EE TV app user settings (so your EE TV box won't go to sleep in eco mode)

  •  

    see how many devices are paired with your EE TV box

  •  

    change your EE TV box name (the one you'll see when connected to your app)

    change your parental control settings

    modify your PIN

Turn on and change subtitles and audio description settings.

Change the HDMI video resolution for your TV, your audio output mode and also the video format.

    connect to our services to check your internet connection is working (our customer support team may ask you to do this)

  •  

    change idle time before standby

  •  

    check your hard drive – if you're having problems with Recording or Replay

  •  

    restore settings – if you're having problems with your EE TV

  •  

    format your hard drive – if you've run out of space or you're having problems with Recording, Replay or Restart
