What happens at the end of my commitment period?

If you want to cancel your contract at the end of your 24-month commitment period, you’ll need to give us 30 days’ notice. You can do this from 45 days before the end of your 24-month period with no penalty.

If you do nothing you’ll move on to a 30-day rolling contract and pay the same as you’re paying now.

You can also upgrade or move on to a SIM Only contract:

  •

log in to My EE and go to Menu > Upgrades to see your options

  •

or call us on 150 from your EE phone
