The cost of repair depends on the nature of the damage and whether your device is under warranty.

If your warranty’s valid and covers the fault, your repair will be free.

If your device develops a problem within 30 days old, we’ll send you a new one.

We can also fix some out-of-warranty faults up to the value of £200.

We’ll let you know your options if you bring your device into a store. Or, call 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.
