How do I buy roaming broadband data add-ons?
When you try to go online while abroad through your browser or via an app you'll be offered a choice of data add-ons that will be relevant to the country you're visiting.
Our data add-ons will last for 30 days from when you buy it or until you've used you data allowance up, whichever comes first. Once your data add-on runs out, you'll have to buy another one in order to connect to the internet while you're abroad.
If you're a pay monthly customer, the cost of roaming broadband data add-ons will be added to your monthly bill. For pay as you go customers, roaming broadband data add-ons will need to be paid for at the time of purchase.
Need to know
You'll be able to use data in any of the countries in the roaming zone your roaming broadband data add-on covers.
If you go outside any of the countries within the roaming zone that your roaming broadband data add-on covers then you won't be able to use the data and you'll be prompted to buy a different data add-on that covers your new roaming zone.
