Damaged or missing items
When you receive your EE TV, check it over for any damage or missing items. Please let us know of any issues within 14 days by giving us a call.
Problem with your EE TV or service

If this doesn't help, contact us. We can fix most problems quickly over the phone. If not, we'll arrange an engineer to visit your home. They'll diagnose the fault and if required, repair or replace your EE TV box.
If the EE TV box is damaged and it's determined you are responsible, you may be charged up to the cost of replacement, which is £175.
