Getting connected

First charge your Osprey from EE using the power supply that's supplied with the device.

Once it's charged you can turn it on by pressing the power button down. Then follow the instructions on the Keep Me Card to get online.

You'll find the WiFi password on the Keep Me Card - but if you don't have the card, it's also on the back of the cover where the SIM goes and you can also get this information by pressing down the button on the device.

The power button and WPS button are together on the side of the Osprey - you need to make sure the press the power button down to switch it on. WPS means WiFi Protected Setup which allows you to connect easily to your WiFi.

Use the screen icons to see which network you're connected to: 4G, 3G plus, 3G or 2G.

Connecting devices

Osprey supports up to ten WiFi-enabled devices at once.

To connect a tablet, smartphone or laptop to the internet, go to the network settings on whichever one of these you want to connect and search for your 4GEE WiFi network name - this is on your Keep Me Card and you can also find it out by pressing down the button on the device.

Click connect and then enter the WiFi password. You can find this on the back of the cover where the SIM is inserted into your Osprey.

If you're having any trouble inserting your SIM, check out our Getting started section.
