my services are getting turned off ,i forgot my security questions over the phone
Hi all, Apologies if this has already been posted in the forums - I did search and couldn't see it.
I am trying to cancel my phone contract because i am moving to a new provider however, when i call 150 to end my contract, i keep being asked for a password. a password which is apparently different to online account password.
