What special offers are available to me?
As a part of the BT family, we sometimes offer exclusive EE deals to our existing BT Broadband customers.
How do I claim my 10% discount?
Once you’ve picked your plan, you’ll be taken to the EE checkout where a 10% discount will be applied to the final total of your plan.
Am I allowed to claim more than one special offer?
No, you can only use one special offer per BT account, whether that’s an exclusive deal or a 10% discount on your EE plan.

Your EE mobile contract will be with EE Ltd. Your BT Broadband contract is with BT Plc and is unaffected.
Special Offers: BT Broadband customers joining EE are entitled to one special offer per BT account.
The Special Offer can either be an Exclusive Deal or a 10% discount off EE plans. Accounts must be registered in same name and address. New EE customers only. Consumer plans only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless expressly stated. Offers are non-transferable.
Exclusive Deals: From time to time BT Broadband customers will be able to access EE deals that are not available to any other customers.
10% off EE: Available to BT Broadband customers when joining EE on a pay monthly handset, tablet or 12 months or more SIM only plan. Discount applied after any other valid offer on the monthly price of the EE plan only – excludes upfront device cost, out of bundle call charges and all other costs.
Discount applied after sale and your broadband service is active and will show on EE bill. No cash alternative.
