1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have a valid EE ID, other than employees of EE, their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

3. The prizes are 10 tech bundles each consisting of,

·  Xbox Series X console

·  Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Black

·  £100 EE GameCard

Only one bundle can be won per person.

4. By entering the Prize Draw, you will also have a chance to receive a Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Early Access Beta Code.

5. The prizes are subject to availability.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

7. Entries must be made by completing a form on the EE website ee.co.uk/gaming from 00:01 1st August to 23:59pm 31st August 2024. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

8. The winners will be the first 10 people drawn at random on 1st September. Winners will be notified by telephone or email on or before 29th September 2024.

9. The prizes will be sent to winners within 30 days after the closing date.

10. A list of prize winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to BVP C13, BT Consumer, One Braham, Braham St, London E1 8EE on or before 29th September 2024.

11. By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews.

12. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter. For more information please see EE’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy | Help | EE.

13. No cash alternative will be offered, and prizes are non-transferable.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within 7 days and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.

15. Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize.

Call Of Duty®: Black Ops® 6 Early Access Beta

1. If you win a Call Of Duty®: Black Ops® 6 Early Access Beta code you will receive your code via the mobile number you used to enter the Prize Draw on or before the Call Of Duty®: Black Ops® 6 Open Beta starts. Those who enter the Prize Draw on or after 29th August may not receive their code till a week later.

2. You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to enter.

3. Call Of Duty®: Black Ops 6® Beta Access is open to those aged 18 or over. You'll need to log in with a Call of Duty account and enter your Call Of Duty®: Black Ops® 6 Early Access Beta code to reserve your spot in Early Access for the Call Of Duty®: Black Ops® 6 Open Beta. Registered players will then receive an Early Access Beta token via email before the Open Beta begins. Full terms and conditions about the beta can be found at: https://www.callofduty.com/beta.

4. Your early access code must be requested before 31st August 2024. Submissions sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered eligible for a code. Where an account holder submits twice, one submission will be removed.

5. Submissions are only available to those applicants with a valid EE ID. Any applications that are deemed not to have a valid EE ID will not be eligible for a Call Of Duty®: Black Ops® 6 Early Access Beta code. EE reserves the right not to provide a beta code to anyone that does not have an EE ID.

6. No cash alternative will be offered and codes are non-transferable.
