1. This prize draw (the “Prize draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, who are EE Customers. BT Group employees, contractors, agents or directors of the Promoter, their families, relatives, or any other person associated with this Prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2. The Prize draw will start on 05 December 2025 and will end on 16 December 2025, being the “Prize Draw Period”. Throughout the Prize Draw Period, a daily Prize draw will be conducted, to which entries must be submitted between 00:01 GMT and 23:59 GMT on each calendar day of the Prize Draw Period.
3. To enter the Prize draw, entrants must fill out the entry form using the details registered on their EE account and submit it on ee.co.uk/competitions/12-days. Each entrant may submit one entry per day and and is eligible to win only one Prize during the Prize Draw Period. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be successfully entered into the Prize draw and will not be eligible for a Prize. Entries cannot be re-submitted or amended.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, check their identity and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process of this Prize draw.

each a “Prize” and together, the “Prizes”.
6. During the Prize Draw Period, winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries by an independent person on or before 17 December 2025 (the “Winners”). The Winners will each be allocated one Prize from their respective category.
7. The Winners will be notified by 22 December 2025, using the contact details given upon entry. This notification will state (i) that they are a Winner, (ii) which Prize they have been allocated, and (iii) provide instructions on how to claim the Prize. The Prize must be claimed by 17:00 GMT on 29 December 2025.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to use a third party service provider(s) to notify the Winners and assist the Promoter in fulfilment of the Prize. For more information around how we use your personal information in relation to this Prize draw, please see clause 19 below.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw any Winner if an original Winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select an alternative Winner in the event that the Promoter believes that an entrant or Winner has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
10. A list of the entrants’ names for Winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE on or before 1 January 2026.
11. Winners of the BAFTA prize (the “Day 2 BAFTA Prize”) are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
I. The Day 2 BAFTA Prize is two tickets to attend the EE BAFTA Film Awards ceremony only, on Sunday 22 February 2026 at the Royal Festival Hall.
II. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received in this prize draw and can choose to attend the EE BAFTA Film Awards in London with a guest on 22 February 2026.
III. The Day 2 BAFTA Prize does not include accommodation, travel, meals, refreshments, or any other expense that may be incurred by accepting the Day 2 BAFTA Prize and
IV. The winner of the Day 2 BAFTA Prize and their guest(s) must both be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. At the time of writing these Terms and Conditions, there are currently no Government restrictions in place regarding COVID-19 and BAFTA are not putting any additional measures in at this time. However, if you feel unwell on the day of the event, we respectfully ask that you do not attend.
12. The winner of the Wembley prize (“Day 12 Winner”) is subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
I. Tickets will be communicated with the Day 12 Winner by e-mail prior to an Event Day Further details to be provided to the Day 12 Winner upon acceptance of the prize.
II. The Day 12 Winner will receive 2 tickets to eligible Wembley Stadium events available to the general public during the Promotional Period. Where an Event is scheduled to run for more than one day (for example, when a musician or artist plays for more than one night), the Day 12 Winner will only receive 2 tickets for one of the days, to be chosen by the Promoter who will inform the Day 12 Winner in advance. Where international or continental football tournaments are held at Wembley Stadium, the Day 12 Winner will receive 2 general admission tickets to the games scheduled to feature the England men’s national team.
III. If an Event is sport related, until the selection takes place and tickets are allocated, the Promoter will be unable to confirm which ‘side’ of the stadium the Day 12 Winner and their guest will be sitting in. If the Day 12 Winner and their guest are allocated tickets within a particular team’s ‘side’, they must not wear opposing team shirts or colours. Stadium security reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing opposition shirts or colours. The Promoter will provide further details at the time of notifying the Day 12 Winner.
IV. The prize is subject to availability. Day 12 Winner may be entitled to tickets for events not organised by Wembley Stadium subject to confirmation by the third party organiser.
V. This prize does not include travel to or from the venue or any expenses incurred by the Day 12 Winner or their guest(s) in attending the event. Any guest(s) under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
VI. The Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the prize or ask the Day 12 Winner and/or their guest(s) to leave the stadium if the Day 12 Winner and/or their guest(s) fail to meet the admission requirements and rules and regulations for Wembley Stadium or if the Day 12 Winner and/or their guest(s) exhibit, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, inappropriate or dangerous behavior. This includes behavior such as being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, being rude, abusive, or causing a nuisance.
VII. This prize is subject to the Wembley Stadium venue terms.
VIII. The Day 12 Winner agrees to the background checks including media checks, including social media and/or a football banning order. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Day 12 Winner should the checks raise any concerns in the Promoters reasonable opinion.
IX. If an event is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control or for reasons related to health and safety and there will be no rescheduling of the event, tickets will become void and will not be exchanged for any other Prize.
X. The Day 12 Winner and their guest(s) agree to take part in publicity in connection with this Prize draw.
XI. Events at Wembley Stadium are managed by the Football Association Limited, and or the FA Group and or Wembley National Stadium Limited. These groups accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion, not being able to enter into this promotion or accepting any prize. The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited and all members of the FA Group further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the liability of The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited or all members of the FA Group for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of acts or omissions of them or their employees.
XII. Events at Wembley Stadium are managed by the Football Association Limited, and or the FA Group and or Wembley National Stadium Limited. These groups accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion, not being able to enter into this promotion or accepting any prize. The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited and all members of the FA Group further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the liability of The Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited or all members of the FA Group for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of acts or omissions of them or their employees.
13. In exceptional circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw this Prize draw on reasonable notice, including substituting alternative Prizes of equivalent or greater value. The Promoter can, at its sole discretion, withdraw the Prize(s) from the Prize draw or the Winner if, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of the Promoter's control. This includes right to withdraw the Prize if Winners and/or their guest(s) fail to meet the admission requirements of the event or if the Winner and/or their guest(s) exhibits inappropriate or dangerous behaviors. This includes behaviours such as being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or causing a nuisance.
14. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be taken as stated. No compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize, and the Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the Prize(s) will result in the Prize(s) being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize(s) will be declared null and void.
15. Entry into this Prize draw is dependent on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to use any entries submitted under this Prize draw in any form, for all purposes in all media including, without limitation, any goods or products manufactured by or on behalf of the Promoter.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors, malfunctions or any other kind of technical error. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
17. By entering this Prize draw you agree that your image, biography, intellectual property and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews). All entries must be the independent and original creation of the entrant and must not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winners in entering this Prize draw or accepting the Prize, except in the case of fraud, death or personal injury caused by the acts or omissions of them or their employees.
19. As an existing EE Customer, your personal information will be processed in accordance with EE’s Privacy Policy. Where we do, we still control your personal information and we have strict controls in place to make sure it’s properly protected.
20. This Prize draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
