The legal bit

1. The prize draw for the EE Fan Room (the “Prize Draw”) is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity (including social media accounts and any football banning orders) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

3. If, during any background checks on entrants, the Promoter raises any concerns or flags any concerning behaviour, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant(s), whilst also reserving the right to define what constitutes concerning behaviour.

4. The prizes in the Prize Draw are:
a. two (2) tickets to any England or Scotland match of choice taking place between September to December 2026, and
b. one (1) England or Scotland signed shirt
together, the “Prizes”.

5. The Football Association (a company with registered office address at Wembley Stadium, Wembley, London, HA9 0WS, incorporated under company number 00077797) and The Scotland Football Association (a company with registered office address at Hampden Park, Glasgow, G42 9AY, incorporated under company number SC005453) reserves the right to determine the Prizes. For commercial purposes, the Football Association has full and final discretion to restrict which Home Nations matches; shirts are available to be redeemed upon allocation of any Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, Prizes need not represent any content used in marketing materials.

6. In exceptional circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw this Prize Draw on reasonable notice, including substituting alternative Prizes of equivalent or greater value. The Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the Prize(s) or the Winner (as defined in clause 13) if, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of the Promoter's control.

7. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be taken as stated. No compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize, and the Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the Prize(s) will result in the Prize(s) being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize(s) will be declared null and void.

8. The Promotion will open at 00:01 BST on 11 June 2026 ("Opening Date") and will close at 11.59 pm on that day that both England and Scotland have been eliminated from the FIFA World Cup 2026™ tournament (the "Closing Date").For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion shall remain open for entries for so long as either England or Scotland remains an active participant in the tournament. To enter the Prize Draw, users will enter the EE Fan Room portal and be invited to complete the quiz and find all of the golden moments to be in with a chance to win prizes. Once the quiz has been completed, users will be told to go to ee.co.uk/competitions/eefanroom using code (EEFANROOM) to enter the competition. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries cannot be re-submitted or amended.

9. On the 20 July 2026, the winners of the first prize (a) and second prize (b) will be selected from a random draw of all the correct entries. Each winner will be allocated one (1) prize.

10. The Winners will be notified of their selection by 25 July 2026, using the contact details given upon entry. This notification will (i) state that they are a Winner, (ii) which Prize they have been allocated, and (iii) provide instructions on how to claim the Prize.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the Winner(s) if they cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours and the right to disqualify any entrant or select an alternative Winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.

12. The Promoter may pass on Winners’ contact details to a third-party provider to arrange fulfilment of the Prize, for example, the distribution of the Home Nations shirt as part of the Exclusive Prize.

13. Once a Winner has confirmed which Home Nations match they would like to redeem their tickets for, the tickets will be provided to the Winner directly by the Promoter prior to the day of the selected match. All tickets as part of a Prize must be redeemed for one (1) match only and cannot be split across multiple matches. Further details will be provided upon acceptance of the Prize. Travel and accommodation are not included in this prize.

14. The Winner of prize (a) must attend the chosen match as part of the Prize along with their guest. Any children attending as guests must be accompanied by an adult.

15. Entry into this Prize Draw is dependent on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to use any entries submitted under this Prize Draw in any form, for all purposes in all media including, without limitation, any goods or products manufactured by or on behalf of the Promoter.

16. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors, malfunctions or any other kind of technical error. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

17. By entering this Prize Draw you and your guests agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews).
18. Entrants’ personal details will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found here http://ee.co.uk/privacy-policy. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter.

19. Events at Wembley Stadium are managed by the Football Association, the FA Group and/or Wembley National Stadium Limited (a company with registered office address at Wembley Stadium, Wembley, London, HA9 0WS, incorporated under company number 03388437) They, nor the Promoter, accept no responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winners in entering this Prize Draw or accepting the Prize, except in the case of fraud, death or personal injury caused by the acts or omissions of them or their employees. The Football Association, Wembley National Stadium Limited and all members of the FA Group further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion.

20. Events at Barclays Hampden Park are managed by the Scotland Football Association (a company with registered office address at Hampden Park, Glasgow, G42 9AY, incorporated under company number SC005453) They, nor the Promoter, accept no responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winners in entering this Prize Draw or accepting the Prize, except in the case of fraud, death or personal injury caused by the acts or omissions of them or their employees. The Scotland Football Association further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion.

21. The Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the Prize or ask the Winner and/or their guest to leave Wembley Stadium if the Winner and/or their guest fail to meet the admission requirements and rules and regulations for Wembley Stadium (which can be found here http://www.wembleystadium.com/TheStadium/StadiumGuide/RulesnRegulations), or if the Winners and/or their guests exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behaviour. This includes behaviour such as being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, being rude, abusive, or causing a nuisance.
