WIN FOOTBALL TICKETS, SIGNED SHIRTS AND TRAINING SESSIONS

The legal bit

1. The prize draw for Home Nations tickets (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry, who are current in-contract
customers of the Promoter, other than employees, contractors, agents or directors of the Promoter, their families, relatives, or any other person associated with this Prize Draw.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity (including social media accounts and any football banning orders) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

3. If, during any background checks on entrants, the Promoter raises any concerns or flags any concerning behaviour, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant(s), whilst also reserving the right to define what constitutes concerning behaviour.

4. The prizes in the Prize Draw are:

(a)    two (2) tickets to any Home Nations match of choice (the “General Prize”), and

(b)    four (4) tickets to any Home Nations match of choice, plus a (1) Home Nations signed shirt from a country of choice and a (1) pass to a team training session of choice (the “Exclusive Prize”),

together, the “Prizes”.

5. The Football Association, The Football Association of Wales, The Irish Football Association and The Scottish Football Association reserve the
right to determine the Prizes. For commercial purposes, the Home Nations Football Associations have full and final discretion to restrict which matches; shirts and team training sessions are available to be redeemed upon allocation of any Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, Prizes need not represent any content used in marketing materials.

6. In exceptional circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw this Prize Draw on reasonable notice, including substituting alternative Prizes of equivalent or greater value. The Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the Prize(s) or the Winner (as defined in clause 13) if, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of the Promoter's control.

7. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be taken as stated. No compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize, and the Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the Prize(s) will result in the Prize(s) being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize(s) will be declared null and void.

8. The Prize Draw opens on 01 September 2025 at 09:00 BST and will cease accepting entries on 28 September 2025 at 23:59 BST.

9. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must fill out and submit the entry form on the landing page. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries cannot be re-submitted or amended.

10. The entry form can only be submitted once per person. Each submission will be treated as one entry into the Prize Draw. Manual submissions of this nature will only be eligible to win the General Prize.

11. Submissions of customers who have valid and concurrent EE Broadband and EE Mobile plans registered to the same EE account and EE ID (“EE One Customers”) will be counted as one entry for the General Prize (as per clause 10) plus one entry for the Exclusive Prize in the Prize Draw. Each entry will be independent of the other. Only EE One customers are eligible for the Exclusive Prize.

12. EE One Customers need not submit the entry form twice as this will be automatically calculated once their status as an EE One Customer has been verified by the Promoter, unless they have opted out on the entry form. If the Promoter cannot verify an entrant’s status as an EE One Customer, their submission will be treated as one entry, eligible for the General Prize only,
subject to clauses 2 and 10.

13. By 3 October 2025, entries will be separated into two (2) categories: one (1) for the General Prize, and one (1) for the Exclusive Prize (the “Categories”), as described in clauses 10-12. There will be one (1) draw for each Category. During each draw, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received (the “Winners”). The Winners will be allocated one (1) Prize, from their respective category, each.

14. The Winners will be notified of their selection by 12 October 2025, using the contact details given upon entry. This notification will (i) state that they are a Winner, (ii) which Prize they have been allocated, and (iii) provide instructions on how to claim the Prize.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the Winner(s) if they cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours and the right to disqualify any entrant or select an alternative Winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.

16. The Promoter may pass on Winners’ contact details to a third-party provider to arrange fulfilment of the Prize, for example, the distribution of the Home Nations shirt as part of the Exclusive Prize.

17. Once a Winner has confirmed which Home Nations match they would like to redeem their tickets for, the tickets will be provided to the Winner directly by the Promoter prior to the day of the selected match. All tickets as part of a Prize must be redeemed for one (1) match only and cannot be split across multiple matches. Further details will be provided upon acceptance of the Prize.

18. Chosen fixtures are selected at the winner’s discretion, with certain fixtures being played at other venues across The United Kingdom. Winners must be aware that not all fixtures (Men’s and Women’s) are hosted at Wembley Stadium, The Cardiff City Stadium, Hampden Park, Windsor Park.

19. Passes for team training sessions will be subject to international league windows. The Promoter and any associated third parties will require notice of attendance (including dietary/access requirements) ahead of the selected training session. The Promoter will not be liable for any accommodation and/or travel to the training sessions. Further details will be provided upon acceptance of the Prize.

20. The Winner must attend the chosen match and training session (if applicable) as part of the Prize. Any surplus tickets should be used with friends or family members as guests. Any children attending as guests must be accompanied by an adult. For security reasons, if the Winner is unable to attend their chosen match and/or training session but wishes to transfer their Prize to someone else, the Winner must attend the chosen match and/or training session in-person with said transferee and supply their details to verify that they are the Winner.

21. Entry into this Prize Draw is dependent on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to use any entries submitted under this Prize Draw in any form, for all purposes in all media including, without limitation, any goods or products manufactured by or on behalf of the Promoter.

22. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors, malfunctions or any other kind of technical error. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

23. By entering this Prize Draw you and your guests agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and nterviews).

24. Entrants’ personal details will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found here http://ee.co.uk/privacypolicy. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter.

25. Events at Wembley Stadium are managed by the Football Association, the FA Group and/or Wembley National Stadium Limited (a company with registered office address at Wembley Stadium, Wembley, London, HA9 0WS, incorporated under company number 03388437). They, nor the Promoter, accept no responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winners in entering this Prize Draw or accepting the Prize, except in the case of fraud, death or personal injury caused by the acts or omissions of them or their employees. The Football Association, Wembley National Stadium Limited and all members of the FA Group further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with this promotion.

26. This includes behaviour such as being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, being rude, abusive, or causing a nuisance.

27. This Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
