What personal information do you collect about me and when?

Who do you share my data with?

We use some of your information together with our group company BT plc including for customer service support or for credit checks and we also use other companies in our group to help us to provide you with a service. For example, you may be eligible for a discount on your mobile if you have BT broadband so we share some of your information with BT to confirm your eligibility.

We’ll sometimes need to share information with third parties to perform services on our behalf or to provide services to you. For example, when you join us or buy a new product or service, we’ll complete a credit check and we ask organisations such as Experian and Equifax to help us do that and we share information with them for this purpose.
